Signature dishes can be prepared one of three ways:
• Dusted with flour and lemon pepper seasoning then seared on our flat top grill
• Broiled in lemon and garlic butter
• Steamed with lemon
• Choice of potato, savoury rice or mushy peas
• Choice of steamed vegetables or creamy coleslaw
• Choice of French or garlic bread.
Topped with sautéed mushrooms.
